January 29 the voters of Mahaska County have the opportunity to elect a Supervisor to represent them. In my mind the choice is clear. As a life long resident, former Mayor of Oskaloosa and State Senator representing the people of this area, Tom Rielly has the experience and knowledge to step in and do the job.

His leadership is sorely needed. The job of Supervisor is not about party politics, nor is it about social issues. It’s about managing a multi-million dollar budget and running the business of of county government. It’s about keeping Mahaska County continuing to be a leader and maintaining focus on issues that will serve all our businesses and residents.

Tom Rielly has dealt with large budgets, he’s worked to solve complex problems and has looked out for the best interests of our area in his former role as Mayor and State Senator. Please join me January 29 in electing Tom Rielly for Mahaska County Supervisor.
