The Transform Academy gymnasts JO (Junior Olympic) Compulsory Team had their meet this past weekend on Saturday October 13 and Sunday October 14 at the Twist’n to the Top Invitational in Hiawatha, IA.

The team practices 9-10 hours per week (depending on their level), year round, and have worked hard learning and practicing routines since June. The girls seemed more relaxed this meet after getting their 1 meet under their belt the weekend before. Most all the gymnasts improved their scores and hope to continue in that direction for the remainder of the season.
