Robert “Bobby” Wayne Vance, 58, of Oskaloosa, went to be with the Lord, Monday, January 13, 2020, after a brief illness. He was born Saturday, February 4, 1961 in Oskaloosa, Iowa the son of Robert E. and LaVonne (Humphreys) Vance.
Robert ran a small lawn care business which allowed him to spend his time outside in nature.
He enjoyed the outdoors, rodeos, drawing and playing guitar.
Robert is survived by his sister, Barbara Vance Keeton of Knoxville, Tennessee; a niece: Kellie Keeton of Wisconsin; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Melanie Vance.
As was Robert’s wish, his body has been cremated.
