Question of the week: Should we destroy the lost drone in Iran?
Last week, we asked you if you believed Herman Cain was the victim of character assassination or was guilty of wrong doing. 66 residents responded with 32 residents (48%) saying he was the victim of character assassination, 29 residents (45%) saying he was guilty of wrong doing, and 5 residents (8%) saying unsure. The question of the week poll is unscientific and does not reflect the views of Osky News.
This week, we focus on an international issue. Recently, citizens learned that the United States lost a drone over Iran. The issue immediately sparked debate over whether or not we should attempt to get the drone back or if we should destroy it to protect crucial information. Recently, President Obama asked the Iranian Government to return the drone.
Those who say that we should destroy the drone cite national security. They say that it is important for the USA to protect any information being obtained by the Iranian Government. Those who say we should not destroy the drone cite the current drone missions. They say we should not have been conducting drone missions and that we should not enter dangerous air space to destroy a drone.
Now it’s your turn to decide. Vote in our online poll. The poll will be open until Next Tuesday when we will close the poll and release the final voting numbers.
