Last week, we asked you if Gay Marriage should be legalized nationwide. 120 residents responded with 78 residents (66%) saying No, and 42 residents (35%) saying Yes. The Question of the Week Poll is unscientific and does not reflect the views of Osky News.

This week we focus on the 2012 Presidential Election. President Obama is facing a tougher re-election challenge compared to when he was first elected. Obama is facing lower approval ratings and an economy that is appearing to be facing more problems. Many have been quick to attack the President for his actions throughout his first term, however, some feel that the Republican field is too weak to take on an incumbent President.

Supporters of the President contend that he is facing the same problems President Clinton faced in his re-election campaign. They say that the President has passed landmark legislation to help Americans and that he is stuck with some problems from the previous administration similar to what President Clinton faced. Opponents of the President say that he has failed to follow through on his campaign promises. They contend that the President has raised the national debt and that he has failed to address national unemployment.

Now its your turn to decide. Vote in our online poll. The poll will be open until next Sunday when we will close the poll and release the final voting numbers. If you have any questions, please visit us on our Facebook Page or e-mail us at info@oskynews.org.
