Oskaloosa Indians Varsity Falls To Mt. Pleasant After Sixth Inning Score

Tuesday’s game against Mt. Pleasant was a heartbreaker for Oskaloosa Indians Varsity, as they lost the lead late in an 11-4 defeat. Mt. Pleasant trailed 3-2 in the top of the sixth inning when Will Edeker singled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs.
The Oskaloosa Indians Varsity struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Mt. Pleasant, giving up 11 runs.
Oskaloosa Indians Varsity opened up an early lead in the second inning when Trey Miller singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.
After Mt. Pleasant scored one run in the top of the seventh, Oskaloosa Indians Varsity answered with one of their own.
Chase Williamson led things off on the hill for Mt. Pleasant. The bulldog allowed five hits and three runs over four and a third innings.
