I am proud to say I have been able to call Tom Walling a friend for over fifty years. He is a devoted family man and a lifelong resident of Oskaloosa.
While there are several good candidates running for council person at large,I feel you would be hard pressed to find anyone more dedicated and conscientious to the needs of our community. Tom is worthy of your vote.
