Letter To The Editor: Why I’m Running For City Council

I am Charlie Comfort and I am running to represent YOU, the citizens of Oskaloosa as an At-Large City Councilor. I believe strongly that we need bold leaders who are looking 20 years down the road with an updated comprehensive plan, and less red tape, as we look to build on the foundation that has been set. We have the resources to be like Grinnell, Pella, or even some of the Des Moines suburbs; now we need the leaders who are ready to get us there.
