Ground breaking ceremony scheduled for March 29
Oskaloosa, Iowa – Construction of the new dormitory building on the east side of the William Penn University campus will begin the week of March 26. A ground breaking ceremony will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, March 29. Lacey Street will be closed starting March 26, and will remain closed through the end of May. William Penn University has scheduled a meeting for members of the community and representatives from the construction company to discuss questions and concerns regarding the construction process. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chief Mahaska Room in the Dana Atkins Memorial Union on the University campus.
