Execution Of Multiple Meth Related Search Warrants In Pella

On August 24th and 25th, 2015 members of the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force along with the assistance of the Pella Police Department executed multiple drug search warrants in and around the Pella area as a result of a lengthy investigation into the delivery and distribution of methamphetamine.

As a result of the investigation and execution of search warrants the following individuals have been charged with additional charges pending:

Kristin Scott age 31 of Pella- Possession with intent to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and unlawful possession of a prescription drugs.

Dustin Vos age 32 of Pella- Conspiracy to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine, carrying weapons.

Sarah Ferguson age 22 of Pella- Conspiracy to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine

Christopher Riley age 34 of Pella- Conspiracy to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine

Aaron VanWyk age 36 of Pella- Conspiracy to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine, 4 counts of child endangerment

Jeanille Burk age 36 of Pella- Conspiracy to deliver more than 5 grams Of methamphetamine, 4 counts of child endangerment

It should be noted a criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Andrew Martin age 38 of Pella- Conspiracy to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine

Sheri Martin age 47 of Pella- Conspiracy to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine
