Oskaloosa–Resean Coleman (River Rouge, Mich., Exercise Science) capped his junior campaign in the same manner as his sophomore year by collecting a national award as the NAIA announced its Football All-America teams Thursday.

Coleman was an Honorable-Mention pick, a year after winning First-Team accolades from the Associated Press; he was also a Victory Sports Network All-American in 2017. He is the fourth player in school history to earn three awards.

The award is the 22nd in Head Coach Todd Hafner’s era and the 42nd all-time in program history.

The first-team all-Heart of America Athletic Conference North Division selection garnered considerably more attention by opposing blockers this fall, yet still tallied 35 tackles, including 10 for a loss. The junior defensive end led William Penn with 5.5 sacks. He forced two fumbles and blocked a kick as well.
