
Oskaloosa, Iowa – The Oskaloosa Fire Department last week promoted Mark Tennison to the position of captain. Tennison has served since 2008. Oskaloosa Fire Chief Jeff Swanson hosted the event at the fire station last week. Oskaloosa Mayor Dave Krutzfeldt swore in Tennison to his new position.
