Candidates For Local Office Prepare To Run For Office

Oskaloosa, Iowa – Candidates seeking political office in Mahaska County have filed their official papers and returned signatures to the County Auditors office by 5 pm on Wednesday.

If a candidate would like to withdraw their candidacy, they may do so until Friday, March 30, 2018.

Nomination Petitions can be scrutinized and objected to until Monday, April 2, 2018 (written objections to nomination petitions with the auditor).
