Albia’s Shadow Leshen gets 2nd place

Albia’s Shadow Leshen made it all the way to the finals held Saturday night at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines for the Iowa High School State Wrestling Tournament – finishing second overall. Leshen lost his final match to Max Thomsen (Union – LaPorte City). Thomsen had only lost one bout all year. Albia finishes 24th and PCM 27th out of 73 Class 2A teams competing.
