Trick or Treat Area Schedule
That spooky time is here. Kids love getting buckets of candy, and adults love to see all the little monsters! (no pun intended). I will pass along a few safety idea’s to parents and remind motorists to drive carefully. This time of the year is when the most pedestrian fatalities happen. There is a list of safety suggestions to follow, we want everyone to be safe and enjoy their trick or treat night this year.
There is 2 other events happening as well, The Library is having a Costume Party sponsored by the Teen Advisory Board, for Teens (Grades 6 to 12) Saturday October 30th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
Also that night, Mahaska County Conservation is sponsoring a Halloween Hike at Russell Wildlife from 7:00 to 9:00 October 30th. Wear your costume and enjoy some cider and popcorn back at the nature center. For all ages.
