Tommy Pitcher is MWC Performer of the Week

GRINNELL, Iowa – Grinnell College junior Tommy Pitcher has been named the Midwest Conference (MWC) Men’s Tennis Performer of the Week on Tuesday.
Pitcher posted a pair of wins as the Pioneers dominated the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse 7-2 in a battle of regionally-ranked teams on Saturday. He won 6-3, 6-2 in singles and teamed with Sam Stickels to win 8-4 in doubles as the 18th-ranked Pioneers beat No. 13 UW-La Crosse.
