We battled with ourselves tonight at Mepo. I am proud of how our team steps up despite Injuries, sickness, and inconsistent passing which took us out of the first 2 matches tonight, but we battled back in the 3rd match to beat Ft. Madison. All 3 of the teams we faced tonight were good ball teams and we were right with them and our team wasn’t 100% healthy. When we passed well we were able to run a productive offense taking teams out of their system allowing us to capitalize on their mistakes. We had to adjust to a different line up tonight, but overall we did well despite the changes. Once we get all of our team healthy we will battle tough. Our post season start is coming soon next week on Wednesday where we will host Albia in the first round. We are looking forward to building upon this win against Ft. Madison to fuel us to the next level.
