Oskaloosa 5th Graders Perform at their Winter Program
The 5th graders of Oskaloosa Elementary sang in the new year at a 2 pm concert located in the commons area at the Elementary building.
They sang Fifty Nifty, Day O! with featured performers Emily Comstock playing bell, Anthony Chavez and Jumnan San on drums.
Drill Ye, Tarriers, Erie Canal, For the Winter, Peaceful Night featuring soloists: Marta Iverson, Ayishah Armstrong, Taylor Deney, Allysen Gates, and Violins: Alexander Nagorny, Megan Burke, Amelia Briggs, Breanni Winegar, Candace Allsup, MacKenzie McCallum.
Este Es La Navidad, with Maracas: Misty Callejo, Dante LaCase, Lucas Johannes, Bells: Nicole Comstock, Mckenna Reickoff, Katlyn Thomas.
Hip Hop Reindeer with Reindeer: Izaya Strait, Talon Munger, Alex Hanna, Charlie Bandstra, Brandon Hale, Nick Reiter, Jarret VanDenBerg, Ethan Zoutte.
The students were from Mrs. Doud, Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Veiseth, Mrs. VanWaardhuizen with Mrs. McLellan, their music teacher.
