Miller Garners First-Ever Conference Runner of the Week Award
Oskaloosa–Andrew Miller (Sr., Le Claire, Iowa, Exercise Science) posted his second top-10 finish in as many weeks, and for his efforts he was named Heart of America Athletic Conference Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week Monday.
Miller’s weekly award is the first of his career, and comes after a strong showing at the Grinnell Les Duke Invitational last Saturday.
On a hilly 8K course, the senior finished seventh with a time of 26:41.4.
He has now managed back-to-back top-10 placings to start the fall.
The award is the first for WPU this year.
