Musco Lighting named a 2024 Iowa Top Workplace
OSKALOOSA, Iowa — For the second year in a row, Musco Lighting has been named as one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces by the Des Moines Register. The list is based on team member feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage. The confidential survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to an organization’s success including alignment, performance, and connection.

In addition to being named an Iowa Top Workplace, Musco also earned the Direction award, given to companies where Team Members feel especially strongly that the organization is going in the right direction.
