Gov. Terry E. Branstad signs five bills into law

(DES MOINES) – Gov. Terry E. Branstad today signed the following legislation into law:

House File 393: An act allowing a physician assistant or an advanced registered nurse practitioner to sign a death certificate.

House File 468: An act relating to preferred stock issues by cooperative associations.

House File 562: An act relating to the child abuse registry administered by the Department of Human Services.

Senate File 7: An act relating to a .08 blood alcohol limit for motorboat or sailboat operating while intoxicated offenses.

Senate File 474: An act relating to non-substantive code corrections and including effective date and retroactive applicability provisions.
