Gatton Realty celebrates 75 years

Oskaloosa Area Chamber & Development Group Diplomats would like to invite all Chamber members and their employees to join host Gatton Realty for refreshments at a Business After Hours event to be held Thursday, April 26, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm in celebration of their 75 years in business. Also invited are Gatton Realty past and present customers, contractors, lenders, and professional associates
Gatton Realty was started 75 years ago at the home of Kelly Gatton in Rose Hill, Iowa. In 1957, he moved Gatton Realty to his home in Oskaloosa where he and Buelah operated the business. That was the beginning of a hometown success story that has continued to the present time. Gatton Realty is currently owned by Dave Polkowske and Sheila Denburger. The company has eleven independent agents with a wide variety of experience specializing in listing and selling homes, commercial properties, relocation, new construction, property management, building sites, and farm ground. Gatton Realty is a member of the Oskaloosa Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Oskaloosa Board of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Oskaloosa Chamber.
Gatton Realty and their agents over the years have always played an active role in the community by participating at the Southern Iowa Fair, Town and Country Banquet, sponsoring sport teams, Friday After Five, American Cancer Society, and the Southern Iowa Speedway.
