First Weekly Laurel to Bonatto

Oskaloosa–Eduardo Bonatto (So., Rio Grande, Brazil, Business Management) posted the best game of his career, warranting him being named Heart of America Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week Monday.
Bonatto took home his first weekly award after guiding the Statesmen to an overtime win against Avila.
The sophomore assisted on the team’s first goal and then scored unassisted for the next two tallies to lead WPU past its former league foe.
For the year, Bonatto has two goals and two assists; he leads William Penn in goals, assists, and points (6).
The award is WPU’s first of the year.
