Dilger chosen for volleyball all-tournament team at Oregon Trail Classic

FOREST GROVE, ORE.— Leading the Central College volleyball team in kills at the Oregon Trail Classic, senior right-side hitter Erin Dilger (Tinley Park, Ill., Lincoln Way-North HS) was named to the all-tournament team.

In four games, Dilger piled up 31 kills on 76 attempts for a .276 hitting percentage. Her best performance came in a 3-1 win against Lewis & Clark College (Ore.), notching 14 kills and a .571 hitting percentage.

She also contributed seven blocks, 13 digs and four service aces on the weekend.

Central went 2-2 in four games against Oregon schools, also defeating Linfield College (Ore.) in a 3-0 sweep.

Central travels to St. Paul, Minnesota for the Macalaster Invitational this weekend, opening with the host school on Friday night at 7 p.m.
