Diana Kay Keasling, 67, of Ottumwa and formerly of Agency, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at Ridgewood Specialty Care in Ottumwa. She was born Friday, October 27, 1950, in Fairfield, the daughter of Wilfered Dale and Dorothy Mae Hubbs Davis.

Diana graduated from Pekin High School with the Class of 1968. She later received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from Buena Vista.

Diana worked for several years as a hair stylist. She also worked with mentally handicapped people for several years. While going to school, Diana worked in area restaurants.

She was united in marriage to Richard Ryder and they later divorced. She then married Jeff Keasling and they later divorced.

Diana enjoyed cooking, watching the Hallmark Channel and Christmas movies. She attended First Pentecostal Church in Ottumwa.

She is survived by her two sons: Wes (& Michelle) Ryder and Matt Keasling both of Ottumwa; three grandchildren: Kelsey Ryder, Benjamin (& Cassie) Ryder and Gage Ryder; a great granddaughter, Emma Ryder; a brother, Donald Davis of Rubio, Iowa; a sister-in-law, Lyndell (& Steve) Sheets of Des Moines; her niece, Cheri (& Scott) Estes of Des Moines; and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Jack Davis.

As was her wish, Diana’s body has been cremated.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Fremont Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be made to her family.
