De Cook lecturer Mike Day to speak at Central College April 5

PELLA — Central College welcomes Mike Day, general manager of Des Moines operations for Norman and Associates, to campus Tuesday, April 5. Day will give a talk titled “Results Driven Leadership” in Graham Conference Center at 7:30 p.m. He is speaking as part of the Mark and Kay De Cook Lecture Series in Leadership funded by the generous support of Mark and Kay De Cook. The event is free and open to the public.

Day, a former television news anchor and reporter, joined Norman and Associates following a successful career as a media and organizational consultant for members of Congress, statewide officeholders and numerous non-profit organizations. Day is also a certified instructor for the Dale Carnegie Effective Communications and Human Relations Course and the Leadership Training for Managers program.
