Charles-Pierre Takes Third in Final Tune-Up for Conference

Pella–Nadhelo Charles-Pierre (So., Miramar, Fla., Sports Management) paced a duo of grapplers at the Central Last Chance Invitational Saturday.
The 125-pounder opened his day with a 23-5 technical fall win over Carter Wilken of Graceland. Unfortunately, he dropped his semifinal match, but closed out his day with an 8-6 overtime victory against Brandon Foster of Buena Vista to take third place.
Next Up: William Penn returns to Oskaloosa next Saturday to host the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championships. The event serves as the qualifier for the NAIA National Championships.
