Jeff Jorgenson, a local flight instructor and author of the award-winning book "Open Air Flight Club," has taken a unique approach to support aviation education by donating his rare 1979 Mustang Pace Car Edition to be raffled off. The proceeds from the raffle will benefit the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Open Air Education, which aims to promote aviation as an ideal STEM learning platform in public schools.
