Tyler Sash Cause Of Death Still Pending After Autopsy

On Wednesday, September 9, 2015 the Iowa Office of the State Medical Examiner performed an autopsy on Tyler Sash, age 27 of Oskaloosa, Iowa. The autopsy revealed no acute trauma. The cause and manner of death are pending further investigation and additional laboratory testing.
