Overturned Tractor Trailer on G-76 in Marion County

John Chidester of Dallas, Iowa was west bound on Marion County G-76 when he attempted to light a cigarette. Chidester lost control of his 1987 International tractor trailer going into the South ditch, with the semi ending up on it drivers side.
The accident happened on December 20 around 9 pm, with Chidester being transported to the Knoxville ER.
Chidester was cited for failure to maintain control and also for not wearing safety belts.
