Accident North of Pella results in OWI Charge

A Sunday December 19th accident around 7:45pm in the evening caused considerable damage to the 1995 Wrangler driven by James Bennett of Sully, Iowa.
Bennett was blinded by oncoming headlights running off the right side of the road striking a tree at the junction of T-14 and Elk Horn St. 1 mile North of Pella.
Bennett was then charged with failure to maintain control and for 1st offense OWI.
