Oskaloosa Elementary Receives Award

In recognition of the efforts of the students, staff and administration at Oskaloosa Elementary, the HealthierUS School Challenge award was presented by Ann Feilmann, Bureau Chief, Nutrition and Health Services, Iowa Department of Education. Julie Miller, Food Service Director for the Oskaloosa Community School District accepted the award on behalf of the school.

Oskaloosa, Iowa – In an assembly at the Oskaloosa Elementary School this past week, students took part in an award ceremony to recognize the efforts that are ongoing to live a healthy lifestyle.
