Junior American Legion Auxiliary Poppy Proclamation

Oskaloosa, Iowa - The Junior American Legion Auxiliary has geared up for poppy season, and they teamed up with Mayor Dave Krutzfeldt to declare May 22nd as Poppy Day in Oskaloosa.
