ITEM 6. ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCIES. APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE IN OSKALOOSA AND BE 18 YEARS OF AGE
UNLESS SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS ARE STATED.
a) Building Code Board of Appeals – One vacancy to fill upon appointment and to serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. (4 males and 0 females currently serve).
b) Housing Trust Fund Committee – One at-large vacancy to fill approved and appointed by the City Council for a three year term that ends January 31, 2015. (1 male and 3 females currently serve).
c) Planning and Zoning Commission – One vacancy to fill an unexpired term that ends April 30, 2014 approved and appointed by the City Council. This is seven member commission. (5 males and 1 female currently serve).
d) Civil Service Commission – One vacancy to fill appointed by the Mayor with City Council approval to a four year term that ends March 31, 2016. (3 males and 0 females currently serve).
REGULAR AGENDA – PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS:
ITEM 7. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND CERTIFYING THE FISCAL YEAR 2012 BUDGET AMENDMENT (PUBLIC HEARING).
ITEM 8. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013 AND LEVYING TAX (PUBLIC HEARING).

ITEM 11. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO PROHIBIT ON-STREET PARKING ON THE BOTH SIDES OF NORTH GREEN STREET FROM M AVENUE WEST TO TWO THOUSAND NINE HJNDRED AND FIFTY (2,9S0) FEET NORTH OF M AVENUE WEST.
ITEM 12. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION SETIING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28E, IOWA CODE, BETWEEN THE CITY OF OSKALOOSA, IOWA, CITY OF PELLA, IOWA, AND MAHASKA COUNTY, IOWA FOR THE JOINT ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPPING, USE, EXPANSION, AND OPERATION OF AN AIRPORT FACILITY.
