Indians Fall Short On Late Game Rally

Dillion Daniel drives to the hoop in action against Mt. Pleasant Tuesday night

Oskaloosa, Iowa – The 4 and 3 Indians dropped their most recent game Tuesday night to the Panthers of Mt. Pleasant after a late game surge saw the Indians pull to within striking distance. The size difference between the two teams ultimately played its part over the determination of the home team.

Dillion Daniel lead the Indians in the scoring department with 10 points, with Nathan Veldhuizen putting in an additional 6 points. Both Tyler Hafner and Tyce Sarver added 5 points, Austin Redlich added 3 points, with Cody Green and Clay Tucker adding 2 each.

Veldhuizen ran the board for Osky with 4 total rebounds, with Sarver and Daniel adding in 2 each. Hafner and Velduizen each dished up 2 assists, with Velduizen stealing 3 times on the evening.

Cameron Frank put in 12 points against the Indians with Blake Vandenberg putting in 8 more.

The Indians will be back in action once again after the new year in Pella on the 3rd.
