Firefighters Respond To Vehicle Fire
Oskaloosa Firefighter Shane Glandon finishes putting out the flames of a car fire on Kirby Avenue in rural Mahaska County Wednesday night
Oskaloosa, Iowa – Firefighters were called to 2146 Kirby Avenue, northwest of Oskaloosa, for a car on fire in the middle of the road just after 5 pm Wednesday evening.
When firefighters arrived they found a small white car with it’s engine on fire. The flames were quickly extinguished and no injuries were reported.
Mahaska County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene.
