Oskaloosa, Iowa- Last week, we asked you if you trust Journalists or the Media. 110 residents responded with 99 residents (90%) saying No, 7 residents (6%) saying Yes, and 4 residents (4%) saying Unsure.. The Question of the week poll is unscientific and does not reflect the views of Osky News.

Recently six Presidential Candidates sat down in Des Moines and discussed subjects of morality and their faith at the Thanksgiving Family Forum that was hosted by The Family Leader. The issue of religion dominated that whole forum with most of the questions being faith based. The forum has brought up the issue of religion in politics.

Those who say religion should be allowed say that this country was founded on religious freedom and that we should not shove religion away. Those who say it should not in politics cite separation of church and state. They say that it is important for religious opinions to stay out of lawmaking decisions.

Now it’s your turn to decide. Vote in our online poll. The poll will be open until Sunday when we will close the poll and release the final voting numbers. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at info@oskynews.org or visit us on our Facebook Page.
