Stacy died Thursday morning at the MHP Hospice Serenity House with her family at her side. A Memorial Gathering will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, October 21, at the All in the Family Raceway Bar on Pella Avenue in Oskaloosa.

Stacy Anne Olson, daughter of Julie Ann Olson Hetrick was born December 14, 1974 in Iowa City, Iowa. She attended Oskaloosa High School and earned her G.E.D. in 2000. Over the years, Stacy worked at Taco John’s, McDonalds and Subway. Stacy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Stacy’s family includes her children: Michelle Lynn Olson and Blake M.L. Olson; her mother, Julie Hetrick, all of Oskaloosa; a sister, Samantha Kay Darling of Calmar, IA; two brothers: Adam Jon Garlinghouse and his fiancée, Cassie Bidwell of Ottumwa and Gary Lee Garlinghouse and his fiancée, Sarah Crispen of Glenwood Springs, CO; five nieces: Noelle Marie Olson, Nashia Julie Darling, Taylor Reed, Cheyenne Cole, and Maryah Garlinghouse and two nephews: Chance Steffens and Addison Brown.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the family.
