Sale At The Library Benefits Teens Of The Library
The Library Youth Advisory Board held their rummage sale on Friday, March 18th, 2011
With over $100.00 dollars worth of merchandise sold in the first hour, Teen Board’s rummage sale was doing good at helping to raise funds for the different youth activities held at the library.
The first hour of the sale proved to be pretty busy, and business stayed fairly steady the remainder of the time. The sale was held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Youth Advisory Board holds different activities such as dances and events like the Cemetery Walk which helps bring the history of Oskaloosa into the present.
