Her work has been featured in American Craft Magazine and has been exhibited in across the country including in New York City; Minneapolis, Minn.; Indianapolis, Ind.; and Louisville, Ky., and more.
Barber describes her work as striving to consist of layers, both conceptually and with materials, to portray life as positive, elusive and rich of sentiment and possibility. She is attracted to urban landscapes because they symbolize our collective experience and achievements, as well as our continuous search for meaning and understanding.
