“I am really proud of our effort this weekend,” Head Coach Jake Kadel said. “Our girls battled a lot this past week with competitions, making weight three times, sickness, and injuries. They proved they can wrestle tough even when they might not feel the best. As coaches, that is what you want to see, them buying into what we are telling them. A few teams tried to protect their rankings by not wrestling us, but I am super proud of our ladies for not shying away from tough competition. Lastly, I want to thank Baker for putting on such a great event.”
