Krause Claims Second Career NAIA Award

Oskaloosa–Landon Krause (Jr., Appleton, Wis., Business Management) was an offensive dynamo last week and his efforts netted him NAIA Men’s Volleyball Attacker of the Week honors Tuesday.

Krause won his first career Attacker honor and now has two national accolades (Defensive POW last year).

The junior notched 14 kills while hitting .600 against Clarke last Tuesday. He also had two aces, five digs, and one block assist in the win. Krause then tallied 18 kills on a .414 attack clip in a victory over #14 Missouri Baptist last Saturday. He also managed one ace, six digs, and one block assist in the match.

Entering Tuesday’s matchup with Mount Mercy, Krause had 83 kills (2.96 per set) on a .266 attack clip. The junior had also tallied 10 aces, 35 digs, 12 blocks, and six assists.
