George Allen Myers, age 62 of Oskaloosa, formerly of Eddyville, IA, passed away March 22, 2018 at the Mahaska Health Partnership, under hospice care in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He was born April 20, 1955 to George and Ruth Myers.

George is survived by his four children: Rose McDaniel-Lavalley (& fiancée Kent) of Toledo, Elaine Puyear (& fiancée Jason) of Oskaloosa, David Myers of Oskaloosa, and Jessica Myers of Albia; seven grandchildren: Connor, Maddy, Cameron, Ariana, Travis, Lilly, and Kaylanna; three sisters: Kate (& Dan) Chambers of Eddyville, Judy Peterson of Knoxville, and Wanda (& Mike) Stephanie of Knoxville.

George was preceded in death by his parents George and Ruth Myers.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Eddyville Funeral Chapel in Eddyville, Iowa.
