Drive-Thru Flu Clinic Not Stopped By A Little Rain

Rain didn’t stop 75 people from participating in the Drive-Thru Flu Clinic sponsored by Mahaska Health Partnership Public Health on Saturday, Oct. 7. The entrance #1 awning provided the perfect shelter for those wanted to receive their flu vaccination in the comfort of their cars. Joan K. Wefer of Oskaloosa is shown receiving her flu shot from MHP Public Health Nurse Judi Veldhuizen. Weekly Flu Vaccination Clinics are also being offered at MHP, entrance #4 on Wednesdays from 7 am to 6 pm. Appointments are not needed.
