WPU Women’s Golf Hosting Community Golf Tournament

Oskaloosa – The William Penn Women’s Golf Team is hosting a 4-Person Scramble on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Edmundson Golf Course. The tournament will start at 9:30 am and the entry fee is $50 per player or $16 if a member at Edmundson Golf Course.

Proceeds from the entry fees will go to paying the top teams in each flight. Hole sponsorships will also be available at $50 per hole with proceeds going to the WPU Women’s Golf Team.

The Lady Statesmen as a team volunteered over 300 hours this year toward community projects. They also had one of the most successful seasons in school history, winning three tournaments, setting school records, and being ranked in the top-25 nationally.
