William Penn Puts Wraps on Regular Season with Performance at Home Meet

Oskaloosa–The Statesmen dance team performed one final time during the regular season as it hosted the William Penn Classic Sunday.

William Penn placed second out of two teams with 81.47 points, while Graceland was a few points higher at 85.57 points.

“Our team put on a show today and really stepped up their game to get the score we received,” Head Coach Abby Reynolds said. “They locked in, really fought for the little things, and showed it all through the way they danced. I am one proud coach and am ready for conference.”

Next Up: William Penn travels to Baldwin City, Kan. on Saturday, March 9 to compete in the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championship.
