Trail Tours Still Available

The weather may be cooling off, but that doesn’t mean Mahaska Community Recreation Foundation is done giving trail tram tours this season. Dr. Charles Argo, Rex Blom, and Martha Drost are still putting in many volunteer hours a week to drive groups of people around the trail. When asked why he likes to give tours Dr. Argo said, “It’s a good feeling doing things people enjoy.” If you would still like the chance to experience a trail tram tour around the Lacey Recreation Trail be sure to call MCRF and make a reservation. Grab your coat, a few blankets and enjoy the ride.
