The MidWestOne Foundation Awards Grants to Support Community Initiatives

IOWA CITY, Iowa (April 25, 2025) – MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOFG) (the “Company”), parent company of MidWestOne Bank (the “Bank”), awarded 15 grants totaling $160,000 that will support local communities in which we serve, over the next five years. This milestone marks over $2.5 million awarded since the Foundation’s inception.

“The MidWestOne Foundation was established to support the local communities we serve, and we are proud of a tradition that was established in the early 2000s. This quarter we’ll be able to support several library initiatives, including a concept of a ‘bike library’, community engagement centers, and mental health facilities. We are inspired by the work that these organizations are doing in our backyards,” says Charlie Funk, Chairman of the MidWestOne Foundation.

As a community bank, MidWestOne has a vision to drive relationships and generate meaningful impact. We passionately pursue success for our neighbors, and support organizations that create opportunities in the communities we serve through three focus areas: community development & services, arts & culture, and youth & education.
