OTTUMWA — Indian Hills Community College students Ramsey Smith and Cassie Nimitz, both from Oskaloosa, will perform with the Indian Hills Jazz Band in its fall concert on Monday, Nov. 5, at 7:30 p.m. in St. John Auditorium on the IHCC Ottumwa campus. The concert is free and open to the public.

The 18-member ensemble, under the direction of David Sharp, will perform a variety of jazz, pop, and big band classics. The performance will include Sammy Nestico’s “Loose Change,” “Road Song” by Wes Montgomery, the Beatles’ “Day Tripper,” and the Glenn Miller classic “Pennsylvania 6-5000.” In addition, the band will preview some of the songs they will be performing at this season’s Warrior home basketball games.
