Oskaloosa YMCA Aerials JO Optional team competed at the Winter Wonderland IGN Invitational

The Oskaloosa YMCA Aerials JO Optional team competed at the Winter Wonderland IGN Invitational in Coralville, Saturday, February 25th.

Sydney Sarver brought home the 3rd place trophy in the All Around with a score of 35.775, 2nd on beam (9.225), 4th on floor (8.925), 6th on bars (8.65), and 7th on vault (8.975). Sarver received 10.0 Start Values on all four events.

Ruby Johnson, who is still limited due to a shoulder injury and unable to compete in the All Around, received a 7.325 on beam and 7.875 on floor, both from a 9.0 Start Value.

Jensen DeJong received a 9.025 on vault (10.0 SV) , 7.7 on bars (9.7 SV), 8.85 on beam (10.0 SV), 8.675 on floor (10.0 SV), and 34.25 in the All Around. The next meet for the team will be Sunday, March 18th in Hiawatha.
